Swarnavihar Retirement Home has been a saviour for my mother and our family. My mother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's last year and managing her at home was becoming increasingly difficult. I was finding it hard to do justice to her and care for her along with my existing responsibilities. This center was a recommendation by a friend and to our pleasant surprise, it was exactly what we were looking for. It is an assisted living facility with specialized care for dementia and Alzheimers. It's been 3 months since my mother's admission and we can notice significant changes in her mental and physical state of being. There are regular updates regarding bp, temperature, oxygen and other parameters. Also, all the activities are shared via videos on whatsapp. The staff is attentive, kind and caring. Hygiene is well-maintained. The food is pretty good and they take personalized care of each and every resident. We are very happy, so far and we would like to continue our association with this place.

In line with my and my wife's busy overseas schedule, we had to take a decision to arrange my mother's stay in some good old-age home. Thru' some contacts, I came across Swarnavihar retirement homes. Before taking any decision, I visited it's establishments and I really liked the way Mr. Subrahmanyam Sigirisetti (founder member and owner) has been handling this facility. It is a secure establishment having good security system (inclusive of CCTV). There is ample amount of free space for the people to move around for their casual exercises and sit-out programs. The facilities that are provided are really good the buildings are provided with the lift system, call system and alarm system. They have their self-managed kitchen where daily food is cooked afresh and served to all the members. It starts with morning tea, breakfast, lunch, afternoon tea with snacks and dinner. It's typical Indian food that they serve for lunch and dinner and the quality of the food is maintained nicely. The rooms are clean with the facility of hot water/ cold water running in the toilets, good sleeping arrangement (bed, mattress, blankets, bed sheets etc). The most important factor is the personal involvement of all the attendants duly supervised by the manager Mr. Swapnil Deshmukh and his staff. We frequently keep in touch with our mother through Mr. Swapnil and his staff on their cell phones through WhatsApp. Our all the queries are happily and promptly answered by them and that makes us happy. It is obvious that such dedication flows from top to bottom and Mr. Subrahmanyam is personally maintaining the same. We can happily say that it is another home away from home for the elderly people.

This is very good centre for old age people as well for dementia patients as well, staff is very co operative, Hygiene is properly maintained. They regularly share the updates about your family members via call and WhatsApp.

Personal care and attention is being provided for overall well being with medical services. Social interaction for in-house residents is also conducted. The staff is co-operative and helpful. The premise is clean and well maintained. It is like a good home away from home!

While in pune.i met mr subhramanyam at Swarnavihar Retirement Homes.i could visir myself n my wife who age 78 yrs now has degenrative bone problems has lived there almost 10 months now. We have experienced - attentive and compassionate senior care at SuvarnaVihar for our family member who is 86 yrs old. We get his vital’s checkup report regularly and nurse is available on staff to assist with diabetics management or other medical concerns. Doctor visits are on regular basis too. Daily exercise and activity is part of the routine… which has now improved his health. Food, Tea is served timely and birthdays, festivals are celebrated keeping it active, cheerful for residents. Swarnavihar Retirement home is a good facility for old people. Good clean facility for stay, freshly prepared food is served during breakfast, lunch, evening snacks and dinner. Doctor's visit is planned every week for checkup. People are very cooperative and caring. Birthday celebrations are planned for the members alongwith their family and the extended family of Swarnavihar. Similarly festivals are also enjoyed. Games like carrom, cards etc. are available for passing leisure time. Open space available for taking morning walks or evening strolls.Overall a very good facility for old age people.

A few months ago, had been to visit a very close relative at Swarna Vihar. Was highly impressed with the cleanliness of the place, the smiling and cooperative staff and the caring attendants. All the inmates are regularly checked by visiting doctors and their vitals are monitored by a qualified nurse. Exercise as well as entertainment activities are arranged in the evenings. Overall, a very good old age retirement facility.

Swarnavihar is Second Home for senior citizens, physically and mentally challenged elders who needs assistance and care. Have very good experience from last two years... Clean, hygienic and Homely atmosphere. Special care for dementia patients. Caring and polite staff including personal attendent of patient. Well equipped with medical assistance i.e. trained nursing staff, visiting doctor, physiotherapist, psychiatrist etc. Patient's .medical condition is keenly monitored and treated and In case of emergency the patients are shifted to hospital in time. Post hospitalisation care taken as desired. Nutritional and timely food served. Recreational activities for elders, ie conducting games, celebration of festivals and birthdays etc which make them feel happy and Homely.

Swarnavihar Retirement home is a well - recognised retirement home in Pune, providing excellent service to aged people from in and outside Pune. They provide a comfortable relaxing stay, at an affordable price with clean and well maintained rooms, all meals, good personal care, house keeping and other group activities. The entire team led ably by Mr. Swapnil is very motivated and capable of handling any situation very skillfully leaving the entire inmates within their comfort zones. Would strongly recommend this to anyone requiring assisted living facilities for themselves or their acquaintances.

I stayed with my wife at Swarnavihar Retirement homes, Wakad Unit for 1 1/2 years. . The home is clean, helpers are are homely & obliging. Food is good and hygienic. The owner, Mr. Subramaniam woth his team is very understanding. We had a pleasant stay over there. The homes deserve 5* category and I have no hesitation to agree with it.
